Kyler Murray threw for 263 yards and two touchdowns to Antoine Wesley as the visiting Arizona Cardinals made the plays in the final minutes to hold off the Dallas Cowboys 25-22 on Sunday in Arlington, Texas.

The victory snapped Arizona's three-game skid and halted the Cowboys' winning streak at four games. Both teams have already clinched spots in the playoffs.

The Cardinals (11-5) scored on five of their first six possessions, but only had two touchdowns in that stretch while building a 22-7 lead late in the third quarter. Dallas (11-5) drew to within eight points on Dak Prescott's 2-yard touchdown pass to Cedrick Wilson early in the fourth quarter.

After Matt Prater's 38-yard field goal extended Arizona's lead to 25-14, Prescott engineered a 75-yard, eight-play drive capped by his 4-yard TD pass to Amari Cooper and a two-point conversion throw to Wilson to bring the Cowboys to within three points with 4:42 to play. But Arizona ran out the rest of the game clock.

Prescott passed for 226 yards and three scores in the loss. The Cowboys had just 45 rushing yards.

Prater kicked a 24-yard field goal on the Cardinals' first possession four plays after a 42-yard pass from Murray to A.J. Green to the Dallas 3-yard line.

Arizona added to the lead with a 1-yard TD pass from Murray to Wesley on fourth down, capping a 15-play, 91-yard drive that consumed almost 8 1/2 minutes. The march was extended by a completed pass on a fake punt near midfield.

Dallas' Greg Zuerlein missed a 43-yard FG late in the first quarter that could have put added pressure on the Cardinals late.

Dallas got on the board via a 21-yard, back-shoulder scoring catch by Michael Gallup with 1:25 to play in the half. Gallup injured his left knee on the play and did not return.

Prater's 53-yard field goal on the final play of the first half sent the Cardinals to a 13-7 lead at the break.

The Cardinals outgained Dallas 211-162 in the half and limited the Cowboys to just 25 rushing yards over the first two quarters.

Murray and Wesley connected for their second touchdown on a 19-yard pass on Arizona's opening possession of the second half to expand its lead to 19-7. The Cardinals failed on their ensuing two-point conversion pass.

Prater booted a 26-yard FG with 4:01 to play in the third period.
